Inference REST API, model registry, ops dashboard, database, and RTDB ship as one closed-network stack. Config priority: config store → app settings → code default (3-tier fallback) with a 60s cache and server-side validation (URL, time, weekday, threshold comparisons), so live tuning stays safe.
